A gem of a hotel!

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, the room spacious with a vintage feel. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining room made us feel like we were in a restaurant! All staff were very friendly! Would definitely go back and stay longer.

Perfect if you love history and old. Great food.

Excellent hotel for its money. Great breakfast. Excellect service. Good location. Very old hotel if you are into old. The floors, carpet and walls need a real scrub down around the elevator. Otherwise, 4.5 total. PS. May want to check elevator piston. The elevator has a sttong piston oil smell.

Perfect location

We were only there overtime, but I wish we had stayed longer. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Wish the parking lot had been bigger, but it wouldn’t keep me from going back!!

Historic hotel - don’t go if you like modern. but it has modern bathrooms, an elevator and wonderful staff. hotel is next to the bridge to Treasure Island. Several nice beaches are a few minute drive.

I absolutely love this property. You just get a good feeling as soon as you step in the door. It is very clean & all the staff is wonderful. Cozy reading area on main level with tea/coffee. There is a pool along with a nice veranda. I already booked my next stay here!

Hotel was awesome. Room was spacious and clean; had all the amenities one would need. Staff was great, front desk made you feel welcomed, and breakfast staff, Jesus and others were friendly and very tentative.

Lovely hotel with an adjoining room for families. Staff were really helpful providing information on places to eat etc. However all the parking in the beach and shopping area where they'd recommended visiting is by an American mobile app only which isn't available to British mobile phones (not available in the android app store) which meant we couldn't park anywhere to visit the beach or the shopping area on Treasure Island. So a v disappointing afternoon driving round. Good range of breakfast options included at the hotel (best of all the places we stayed). The shared areas (hallways, breakfast room) are a little dated but the rooms were very lovely, light and airy, clean and comfortable. Pool very small and with no shade so we didn't use it. Some beach equipment available to borrow (if you're able to park!).

This property is “old” but I would definitely call it vintage. I would absolutely stay here again. The classic vibes were amazing. The breakfast was amazing and had ample supply for food. They also have extra amenities available for your convenience. Parking was small but easy to get to. Make sure you don’t park in the wrong parking spaces that are for the condos across the street. Overall a great experience for our 3 nights!

Although not a fancy or modern hotel, Crystal Bay is a nice option for a beachy vacation area. It’s not really within walking distance of the beach or restaurants but not an inconvenience drive to most most places. The complimentary breakfast offers a great selection of tasty options. Staff is super friendly and housekeeping does a great job with keeping your room tidy and fresh.
