A revamped motel. Yes there is a bar, sauna and hot tub - which most motels don't have. A coat of paint and a new image - BUT no selection of teas or coffee in the room, and unless I wanted black tea or a coffee teabag with breakfast I had to pay $5.50 for a green tea. Not on at the price they charge for accommodation. Will not be staying again. I did, however, enjoy the hot tub and sauna. If you want your room made up, explore the very small print!

Nice place to stay. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Room was 'cool' and they have a tennis court that we enjoyed. There were push bikes there too!

Fun vibe hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Kyah Hotel. The room was spacious and the bar and restaurant were great. We also liked the location which was close to all of the things we wanted to do in the Blue Mountains. The hotel had a fun vibe.

Highly Recommended - Kyah Hotel

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Kyah. Kids made use of the basketball and tennis court every day of our stay. Kyah presented very well. Staff were all very helpful and provided fantastic service as was the food so delicious. The best scotch fillet and fish we've ever had in a while. Would highly recommend staying ay Kyah

Travelled during a busy time so the dining experience wasn’t the best. Breakfast is finished by 9am so it’s better to get in early. Apart from that, loved the place and will definitely be back

We loved our time at The Kyah, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining experience was delightful and the rooms were clean, spacious and appealing. The bed was so comfortable which gave us restful nights sleep during our 6 day conference nearby in Katoomba. We enjoyed the other amenities but especially the hot tub and sauna. Thankful for a very pleasant stay.
