Hire new sanitation staff

There wasn’t an employee in the lobby when trying to check in. I eventually found him outside on his phone. He seemed annoyed when I asked him to check us in. The bathroom and sink area was filthy. Water scum and buildup on the shower and sink. Other people’s hairs still present on the shower and sink. It’s obvious whoever is in charge of sanitation either isn’t paid enough or doesn’t care about their job. I had to go to the CVS across the street to buy bleach and scrub pads to clean the bathroom and sink area so my family would stay. Basically, all the 1 star reviews are correct. This place isn’t clean, and I came into this situation understanding I wasn’t paying a lot for this stay. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz. My expectations obviously weren’t low enough.

The first room we were given had bugs covering the bed. I went to the desk and they changed our room, but the second was still dingy. Rooms smelled musty and the furniture was heavily damaged.

The AC didn't work in our first room, but they did give us a 2nd room. The room was not very clean, the shower doors were moldy, there were a few flying bugs, the front door had a big gap at the floor. Although it looked like it had been recently renovated in the pictures, it really didn't look like it in person.

I don’t usually leave reviews and am not very picky. This place is terrible. There were roosters that crowed all morning on the property 10 feet from my window. Brown/Red stains on sofa bed. Rude service.
