Spring Hill beach accommodation

Staff was wonderful & accommodating. Rooms were unique, but could use some updating & a deeper clean. If you are a light sleeper make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor. Info states there is a restaurant & room service, but it doesn’t open until 5PM & not open at all Sunday & Monday.

I wasn't in the room for long, but it was comfortable. I found the location handy and quiet except for when the cleaners started so early in the morning and were generally noisy, and then talking outside my room. I couldn't get enough water out of the shower tap. I don't know if I did something wrong or there was an actual problem, but I reported it to reception as I was checking out. The hotel foyer was nice and the breakfast area looked good too. Unfortunately I had to leave early before I could try it. I would stay here again if I had a concert or show, or something on in the Valley.

Room was clean and well maintained. Some of the staff on reception could not speak or understand English very well. The bar was well stocked but the Indian man’s knowledge of the bar was very poor, he had to keep asking the other ladies what to do. The food menu was limited and the room temperature in the evening was to cold lots of guests went up to there rooms to put on extra clothes. Breakfast was ok the choice kept changing every day some days not for the better but it was ok.The laundry room was good to have but the machines only take coins while I was in there 3 people came to do washing but were up set that it didn’t take card payments. The Chinese guest were there usual rood selfs but some things will never change.
