Beautiful place

My interaction with the staff was excellent! Chexk in simple. I had an issue with my room it was handled with coutesy, cate and great customer service. Check out, simple. Room cleanliness was ehhh. The room was not what I expected at the price paid. The carpet could use a good shampooing it was slick. The room was only surface cleaned.

Two pools on property were nice. Room and overall property clean and well maintained. Plenty of on-site parking. Nice full breakfast buffet, with omelette station. Great location within walking distance to Oldtown Scottsdale.

This resort was superb. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant offers a simple yet delicious menu. The staff was amazing. We loved the bikes and the ride in the Old Chevy. The pool was great! The rooms very very spacious and clean. Location was perfect.

Everything was great from location to clean room

Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman First time there, will not go back to that property or any Great Wolf Lodge
