The staff was great, the room felt old and outdated. Latch on the sliding door didn’t work. There were dead bugs in the beds. TV did not work correctly. There was trash covering the parking lot. Overall, it was a very poor experience with the room and property. However, the staff was great.

Hotel needs a huge refurb. ... Needs paint, water was shut down for hours, plastic cups for water & coffee. Great location, and nice amenities but not well maintained. Paddleboats and kayaks filthy and missing parts Staff was nice
