The old lady when we checked in was vert rude!! She was even rude when we checked out!! My wife asked her for an extra blanket she was again very rude and handed her a blanket with holes in it. We had no clean towels for two days and no clean bedding for four fore days. I would not recommend this motel.

The old hag that work check in is one of the most unpersonable rude people i have ever met working at a hotel. She must wake up mad at the eorld and feels it her duty to be mean and nasty to everyone dhe encounters.

The night check in window is creepy. The person at the desk was not welcoming. Felt like she was accusing me of hiding an additional guest or pet. Was surprised I was charge a parking fee! I have never been charged to park at a hotel. The room doesn’t even have a blow dryer!

The clerk at the front counter was incredibly rude. Very cold and her tone was unfriendly. There was nothing on our end to even bring about this attitude. She was unfriendly out the gate. Room was “smoke free” but smelt like an ash tray.

The property was safe and clean. Very walkable to the Mall and to public transportation. The heater/air conditioner was a little 'quirky', but the rest of my room was clean and comfortable.
