Overall very nice experience. The rooms are clean the staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The Resturant was clean and the pasta and drinks were good. The only problem I had was when I reported my room key lost they reissued me another one but after speaking with another staff I found out the lost key was not deactivated and someone could enter my room with that key. The staff gave me a new card and deactivated the old one.

The property was nice, but the noise from the bar in the lobby area was extremely loud. Even though we were on the top floor we could clearly hear the music and crowd which lasted until 1 am and made it very difficult to sleep. The staff/service would have received a higher rating if they had assisted us with a refund for our 2nd night. We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different Hilton, which made the trip more expensive than we had anticipated.
