I paid for a Queen bed and received a double. When I complained they said “it’s a pullout queen” and wouldn’t change my room.

I have to start by saying that I never do a bad review. Even the service that I receive was bad, I know that everybody need their job but I had Very Bad Experience with this place I don’t want somebody have the same issue, we arrived to Seattle coming from Alaska from a long trip, due some issues with the returning flight, we booked this place using Expedia, when we arrive to the property, nobody was present in the “lobby”, there are just a sign : we will return soon, we wait for a long time to somebody arrived there, I have to mention that no place to sit to wait, people walking around us with very bad aspect, there are neither a bathroom to use and I had a very bad stomach pain, when the guy a , he said to us that the room will not be ready on until 3 PM and was around 11 am, we decide to leave the property and look for another stay, I called Expedia to receive the refund and Expedia never could communicate with them, when l called to the property using the phone in the Expedia page it is disconnected, as per Expedia they never accept the return, there are a lot of property around the airport that you can use , avoid this “motel “, is it unfair not refund a service you don’t received, also Expedia should made a deep investigation about this issue, sorry guys, but you need to improve your service and if you can’t provide what guess need, and guess decide to leave the property, you should refund the money for something that they don’t use. Good luck, it is no honest.

Could not get through on the phone to order the shuttle either direction. Key card wouldn't work, so had to get the desk person had to open my door. Couldn't leave the room. People in room across hall were smoking weed. Desk person wouldn't give directions as to where to meet the shuttle or where my room was. Was not a pleasant visit. Won't stay there again.

It could be better

The free airport shuttle is the best thing about my stay. Also, the room was clean. But when you finally get to your motel after a long day of traveling, you want it to be easy to get settled in, and it took me 3 trips back to the front desk before I could do that, for very avoidable issues (like my key not being programmed correctly and not being given the wifi password when I checked in). Also, I always forget Motel 6s dont provide shampoo or hair dryers.

The check In staff was super friendly but tne room was obviously not cleaned because there were food crumbs everywhere, there was an unidentifiable sticky substance on multiple walls amd bathroom counter/sink, tne shower had dried shampoo in it and dried dirt, tne pillow cases and sheets had dried pink liquid and black steaks, Bork sink and shower had no hot water not even warm. I informed check out staff but she didn’t seem interested in what I was saying and said “Thanks for letting me know we’ll see if we can get you a better room. Well what about the room I just paid 110 for plus an additional 50 deposit to ensure I DONT cause any damage to tne room ?’ For

Easy to get to lots of restaurants in Southcenter, and conveniently located to the airport. The first room we got reeked of smoke. The 2nd was fine but the sheets had cigarette marks. Staff was friendly and helpful even if slow.

They were not equipped for vending machines. Had to spoons or forks suitable for soups in vending machines. Tried many login passwords for WIFI,, All did not work. Staff did not help. Rooms had mildew smell. No shampoo or microwave

Stuff is unable to de-escalate situations and will just try to kick you out of the property. Keep in mind in order to get additional towels you have to return the towels that you have used to the front desk. The floors were dirty, as well as the sheets underneath the blanket were also dirty and had to be changed upon arrival to the room for the first time.
