Even with the remodeling, it was great.

The only difficulty was that for a 1 night stay, going here and there, I had to have the key card re-, whatever, twice. Up and down the elevator when it didn't work, again. Otherwise I'd for sure stay again.

Good: the people were very nice, very helpful. Comfortable bed. Great towels and shower. Bad: 2 stays 8 days apart, one elevator broken for both stays. Stairs blocked off. A fire a one end of the building would kill everyone. Heaters are a joke. They do not function anywhere near acceptably.

They were in the midst of a remodeling project when we were there. The staff was professional and helpful but hallways were blocked, only one elevator in service so waited literally 10 minutes for the elevator when departing in the morning. Breakfast offered was some kind of sack food - didn’t see any around or where to get one. Only saw others sitting around eating them. The room was clean and comfortable

The lady of the front desk was smoking a cigarette and I was waiting for almost 30 minutes. I wanna ask her are you the one who works there? She says yeah and then she took her sweet time to come inside. She didn’t clean her hands. She didn’t walk me and she was unprofessional

Reliable, Convenient Hotel

The property is going through an upgrade but was informed ahead of arrival which was greatly appreciated. Love, love the 24 hours shuttle service running to and from SeaTac. Breakfast service is a generous bag to go since they are revamping the property. Great customer service and excellent communication!

The property staff was very helpful and courteous. They let us check in early and they held our luggage prior to checking in. The free shuttle service to the airport was a big help. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was near the airport and had various restaurants nearby.
