Comfortable room and property. Close to airport. Shuttle was almost one hour wait from airport to hotel. Next morning, shuttle was timely to airport at 3am.

We checked the beds before brining our things into the room and there were baby bed bugs. We mentioned it to the front desk in which they offered a different room and the second room we found blood stains from bed bugs. We ended up not staying the night and cancelling our reservation that day.

The receptionist who checked us in was very rude and unpleasant. After getting to the room it smelled and it was dirty. Didn’t look nothing like the picture online. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend at all

Great place. Did have a dirty towel but not a big problem, I’m sure it was washed and cleaned just something that was hard to take off. Definitely loved the bed after flying all morning! Staff was amazing, I didn’t get her name but her make up was fabulous and she was very nice and respectful!

Extremely convenient to airport and common for moderate priced airport hotel - they don't update it and it gets heavy use anyway. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The lobby and halls are worn to the bone. Room was clean but not updated. Carpets are stained and dark by wear, in all areas of hotel. Bathroom fixtures were loose. Hair dryer non functional. All of bathroom a junky and old.

First of all, the reception agent in the morning was very rude, the chofer took 40 minutes to pick us up when the hotel is 5 min from the airport even though we advised clearly our pick up location. The shuttle bus was filthy, seats and carpets stained, some seat belts were broken with exposed wires creating a hazard to anyone. The toilet was clogged and were provided a plunger to fix it on our own as there was any maintenance staff. The room condition needs some love and care, walls cracked and wall paper in bathroom peeling, cabinets in the kitchen have detached formica.

Walkable to the lightrail. Not a lot of walkable restaurants, I don’t recommend the Denny’s close by. Airport transfers run every half hour. Room was large and clean but the halls stink of weed.
