The room was clean facilities were clean. Staff was nice. Very limited parking felt very unsafe having to park my car on the next door business unsupervised.
Room description online stated a microwave would be available when we got there. I was told you have to book a premier room to be able to have a microwave in your room.
It's kind of an 80s Or 90s throw back. The place isnt particularly amazing looking. How ever for 90 dollars on a Saturday with a free shuttle to the airport and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in I would recommend it for people traveling on a budget if your flying out of SeaTac Airport.
Terrible terrible front desk staff. Fire alarm went off for hours during the night, called front desk to ask for late checkout for an additional hour. The woman at front desk was mean and rude and disregarded my request and didn’t offer any apology and hung up. I’m glad I didn’t go to ask her in person.
Elevator and vending machines were broken. When we first got into the room I had to go to the bathroom and there was already pee and toilet paper in there
Stayed here cause it’s the cheapest option and boy does it show, fire alarms going off multiple times my first night & currently going off again as I’m writing this, plus no stairs to get past the lobby floor going up so you have to take an elevator and guess what doesn’t work during fire alarms, so I can get out just not back in. Often times people had to wait to checkout cause no staff at the desk in the morning (mind you it wasn’t very early, say 8:30am or 9) I have videos of the stairs having profuse amounts of rat or mouse feces. Cleaning staff said they wouldn’t give me more towels unless I call upfront and guess what no staff at the front desk. Pretty much every other person I’ve talked to here complains of the rudeness of the staff. For a non smoking hotel room it reeks of cigs and weed, and then just down to the most basic things like the traditional (do not disturb placard); they don’t have them not like it would matter with the cleaning staff vacuuming and banging on doors before 7am. The best part of this hotel is without a doubt the restaraunt in the bottom, I almost hate to write this cause their food is so good and that’s saying something for how awful this place has been but, it’s my lot in life to not be a rich man and that’s okay I just didn’t expect the budget option to be this terrible.

There was empty beer wrappers left in our room and the bathroom was used and dirty
The shuttle was great. We had a 5:00 am flight and the shuttle is very prompt on the hour and 1/2 hour.
Pick up from the airport was also very good too.
The hotel is occupied with some questionable people. It was so loud with just the yelling and screaming of some of the guests there. We asked the hotel worker to check what's going on with this particular room and nothing was done. They were so loud and these guests just let their kids run around like maniacs and they're not worried by the kids' loudness. There is a funky smell all over the hotel like smoke, weed, and age. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and just because it said it had free shuttle to the airport. It was a good service. During my stay the fire alarms kept going off almost like 5 times since I checked in due to people smoking in their rooms.
Wow. I knew I only needed a bed out by the airport for a very early morning flight, but I didn’t get much sleep here! What a creepy place. I didn’t feel very safe. Drug usage abounds and the place smells. The clerk who checked me in clearly hated her job and probably people, in general. On the other hand, the early morning clerk was very sweet and helpful. Not recommended for single seniors, for sure!
Shuttle to the hotel takes a long time. We paid another shuttle to drop us off. Room did not smell like smoke, thankfully.
The room was clean enough. The carpet was a little sticky and a bunch of places were missing carpet and burned/stained. My kid scrapped her back on the shower soap holder. Its made of metal with sharp corners. Location wise was super close to the airport but also so loud in the room due to the roads. Good enough for the price.
The fire alarm was set off twice and it took over an hour to shut it off the second time.
When I checked in (Fri Mar 14) the woman at the front desk was rude.
There were people camping around the building, inside AND outside.
Overall, would never recommend this place to anyone.
Room is clean and very nice, but the stairwell is littered with candy wrappers, the hallway smells like weed, and there was a transient person in the hallway.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Don’t let the outside fool you
The hotel in itself just looked quite sketchy. You can tell that the building is old. The elevators were literally broken, and there was just a yucky smell in the hallways on the second floor however, once you got into your room, it was extremely clean and very nice.!
My biggest complaint isIt was rare for someone to be at the front desk to help which I found very odd. when you check in they do not provide you with any information except for how to get to the elevator with floor. Your room is on. You don’t know how to check out , if there’s any room service , or how to get your room cleaned.. I had to call downstairs to the front desk for every little thing that should’ve been told to me when I first checked in. You can just tell that they put very minimal effort into the hotel and or just there to collect money however, once again shout out to the cleaning staff because the room was very clean and comfortable. And then everyone I talk to you at the front desk act like they had an attitude as if their job isn’t to answer questions.
