My son and I had just gotten off a cruise. I didn't fly back until the next day so I needed a place to study for a night.That was close to the airport. When I arrived at ten something in the morning, I was greeted with I could either hang out in the lobby till three, which is check out time.Where I could pay an additional forty five dollars to check in then. After being so exhausted from an eight day cruise I decided to pay the forty five dollars. However I feel that the customer service could have been better. If the rooms were ready, why couldn't we just go in? So this review is to allow everybody to know that if you need to check in early there will be a forty five dollar minimum fee. My bathroom floor was not swept. Other than that everything else looked clean.

It was decent for two nights because i wasn't in the hotel mostly exploring town. The ac in the room wasn't the best, rooms are outdated but it'll do the job. I would stay again for a night but no more than that. Transportation airport to hotel and staff is awesome very convenient.

This was a surprisingly wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shar at the front desk arranged a private driver, Omar, to take us to the cruise port for a very fair price. We really appreciated this assistance and service. The room was large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and much more. We were very pleased with this hotel.
