They’re trying. While it was clean, it was very very basic. You can’t even have a limited breakfast? 2 day stay, had to get a new room key the second day cause they “forgot”.

We stayed at the property two nights first night was fine. The second night was not so good. It was 4:30 in the morning before the people in the room above us decided to sleep. It was very loud and kept us up all night.

Staff was simply amazing. We had a family cruise with many people. The staff ensured us transportation and baggage storage upon return that greatly simplified matters. Nothing seemed to inconvenience them. They were simply nothing short of amazing. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at the Roof Inn the night before an early flight out of SeaTac. I would readily stay there again. Staff was friendly. The shuttle left on time. My room was extremely spacious and well laid out. It was a superior King, which included a microwave and a little fridge, coffee in the room. Bathroom was sparkling, clean hot water. The only need I saw was the carpeting could use some updating and the place a little bit of freshening then again the hotel would be more expensive and it is one of the best bargains in the area.

This property is next to the airport, the staff is amazing. My room was clean. I had no issues whatsoever, if I ever needed to stay close to the airport before my flight in Seattle I would book again. I really appreciate the staff members, great customer service.

The staff made the stay seem almost like home. Under new ownership (3 months) but they are doing a great job with the upgrades.

Complimentary shuttle to and from airport. My bag missed the switch at my layover and was put on the next flight. Driver was kind as I had to go back to the airport 2 hrs later to get it. We were going on a cruise and came in one day prior to our embarkation and they also offer a shuttle to the pier. It cost $27 per person and I wasn't told. After I booked it, I got an email with a link to pay for it. It all worked out well though for our one night stay.
