I booked this hotel because they advertise a free airport shuttle. My flight was at 3:30 AM, so I called the hotel and scheduled the shuttle for 10:30 PM. I waited outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the shuttle never came. I called the hotel four times and kept being told it was coming, but it never arrived. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport, so this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. In the end, I had to order a Lyft to get to the hotel. Then in the morning, the shuttle again did not come, and I had to order another Lyft to get to the airport for my early flight. For the money I spent on Lyft rides, I could have stayed at a Marriott where the shuttles run every five minutes without any stress or excuses. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here if you are depending on the airport shuttle.

My flight was cancelled, messaged, called - emailed - Expedia tried to contact them - after no response we still ended up paying for a room we couldn’t use, the start to a long planned, trip of a reunion with my daughters I haven’t seen in six years. Disappointed all the way around. I get why you can’t contact an actual human anymore.

The room was in decent condition. The problem was when we came down to get the airport shuttle at 3AM. The receptionist tried countless times to get a hold of the driver. She was unsuccessful and had to call us a cab. We thought for sure we’d miss our flight.

If you park your car there overnight for your stay, you have to pay. They say it's $20 per night. I arrived at 9pm and left at 5am the next morning and when I tried to leave, their machine charged me $42 just for parking. Crazy.
