The service was excellent over our two stays in a week, except for two issues the second stay: at check-in, I was assigned "the best room in the house," but Room 400 lacks the mini-refer that Room 407 has and the four pillows were square with identical firmness rather that rectangular and of varying firmness as in 407. Also, when asked about the shuttle, I agreed with the staff I should take the offered 0240 run, including the commitment to be in the lobby at 0230. At 0240, after sitting for ten minutes, the duty staff asked if I was waiting for a shuttle - "You aren't listed for a shuttle trip in the book." Good grief, that alone would earn a 1-star service rating if not for good overall performance.

We stayed overnight after returning from a cruise because it was resonably priced and close to the airport. It was clean, decent free breakfast in the morning and free shuttle to the airport. The only negatives I have concerns the morning we got up to go to the airport. The front desk attendant (7:00 am) was less than pleasant, then didappeared for quite a while. Even one of the cleaning staff went looking for her for one of the other guests and coundn't find her. I understand that things may come up that require her to be gone for an extended time, but another employee should know where to find you. There was also a man sleeping on one of the lobby couches.

I stayed here 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a safe area near the airport. Easy access to the airport and plenty of options for food and gas were a plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The building/room was exactly as pictured, except it did show signs of wear and tear. The room was clean, neat and everything was in working order. I didn’t like that the bathroom was small and there was no tub. I could, from time to time, hear the noise of airplanes as they flew by. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast and parking were included. Breakfast was good with various hot and cold items. Parking was limited and spaces were tight. I would stay here again.

Our reservation was canceled due to a credit card issue (credit card on file had been canceled due to possible fraudulent activity). We arrived late in the evening and were told we didn’t have a reservation. Staff were helpful but we were disappointed that we were not contacted due to the card issue since we expected to pay when we arrived.

Smell of feces surrounding parking lot not much food choices either all in all the staff was lovely. I found someones purse in the lobby. I turned ii in and us together did our darnest to find the owner. I appreciated that very much. What if right.

It was a close walk to the train station about ten minutes. Breakfast included was what made me select the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the down side was room service didn't attend our room, like to take the trash.
