After waiting about 10 mins for a customer service to help me I was told that I would get an upgrade and an apology. My room was exactly what I reserved (No Upgrade as promised!) The bathroom had someone’s hairs in the shower and there was a ceiling issue , I called the front desk several times “no answer!” so I called Expedia to complain ! The worst experience I ever had at Sheridan Plantation I’ve been going here for more than 20 years. When I checked out I asked should I get a brown bag they had lined up for what I thought was for guest but Cheryl the clerk said, “It’s for platinum guest but I guess you can have one !” I felt like unvalued customer!
