We stayed here after a business trip to visit Amsterdam, and found it very convenient for the airport, with a direct access to the concourse and the public transport. We arrived early, expecting to have to leave our bags, but the gentleman on reception was happy to sort things out so that we could check straight in. The room was clean and quiet and the drinks facilities by the elevator were most welcome.

The room was nice. But it is lacking something. And what is lacking most certainly is that there is no complimantary water in the room. There are water stations on the corridors, though. It is a pity that the club room closed at 11pm. Flights are coming in late. Fitness rooms are open 24/7.

Nicely refurbished hotel. Lobby, atrium, room all top notch. Buffet breakfast great. Walk to AMS departure area through the connected walkway in just over 5 mins. Highly recommend if you have an early flight out of AMS the next day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Sheraton Amsterdam. The hotel is impeccably clean, and my room was charming, well-designed, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed, spotless carpeting, and a beautiful all-white marble bathroom featuring the latest shower technology. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of fresh towels, herbal teas, a coffee bar, and a small fridge. Dinner at the Gate Bar restaurant was excellent, especially the Ravioli Cepes. An overnight stay that exceeded my expectations; I’ll gladly return when in Amsterdam.
