The hotel is physically handsome but our bathroom sink would not drain (you would think the housekeeper would notice this) and the bar in the closet collapsed when I hung just one sweater on it. It made quite a clatter as all the clothes hangers crashed down! I think Hilton can do better.

Check in was confusing as Expedia and Hotel.com noted 2pm but staff insisted on 3pm. Staff were to follow up this discrepancy. We were upgraded when we did check in - top floor with airport views. Lovely. However another couple entered our room as they had also been assigned it. Staff quickly appeared and took them away. I did notice that Atrium rooms were not private if the nets and curtains on the internal windows were open. Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apologising and working to rectify. It is a lovely hotel and the included breakfast was delicious with great waitstaff.

I stay at this hotel prior to flying home with an early flight. It is walkable from the train station. The design is gorgeous. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. When you book a room with 3 persons they will give you a larger room with a comfortable pull out couch made up prior to arrival. Their breakfast gives many options, the most I have seen in the Netherlands.
