Strange property. Still under construction. Apartment was nice but had booked triple and it actually included a pull out sofa which was not clear until we arrived. Maybe some shady stuff happening in the lobby? Not sure, but would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel’s easy accessible by public transport and the airport shuttle made things even easier. When there was an issue with our reservation, the team not only resolved the issue but upgraded us. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality turned what could have been a stressful moment into a very positive experience. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the airport is good, hotel neat with spacious rooms,downside was the ceiling, something must be done. Level 9 restaurant view was ok,manager with lense glass was selective and not welcoming. Hotel restaurant was good with 5star breakfast.

Great hotel, book activities well in advance

Hotel has so much to offer, but unfortunately by the time we got there the movie tickets and spa were already booked for the day. We stayed in one of the new updated apartment rooms. It was huge and very nice. There is definitely still construction going on and you could hear it in the morning on the way to checkout, but quiet overnight. Good food and clean

Overbooked

Our room was not available when we arrived because they overbooked. We prepaid for our room a week before we came so not sure how that can happen! They did find us another hotel to stay at no charge to us and it was very nice but it took them a long time to organize all this and we didn’t arrive there till 1am.

My actual stay was ok but because I booked on Expedia I was not able to get in a room until over two hours later. When I went to check in they said they couldn’t find my reservation. I was not the only one in that predicament. I was patient and they were accommodating but it was frustrating after a missed flight to have this issue.

Great location

Great location. When we arrived they gave us the wrong room so we had to straighten that out but they upgraded us for the inconvenience. The Airport shuttle is great because the train to downtown Amsterdam is located at the Airport so very convenient!

Smaller, simple food choices are available like a grilled ham and cheese. I am a woman who was traveling alone and I felt comfortable in the lounge/bar area Staff was very friendly and helpful I was allowed to store my luggage after I signed out Would definitely stay here again

The room was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. We slept really well before our flight home. The staff were run off their feet but working tirelessly to try to serve everybody the evening of our check-in. The check-in process took quite a long time, but that is a management issue; they need to hire and schedule an appropriate number of front desk staff. They could easily have used twice as many people as the three they had. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and everything was deliciously fresh. We will stay there again next time we fly home from Schiphol.

Corendon Urban Scam

Corendon Urban Amsterdam Hotel at the airport is not available to book a room due to Ukrainian refugees at this hotel. They are still booking rooms under this hotel and will give you a room in the Apartments not the main hotel. When you go to check-in, the hotel clerk will tell you that you got an upgrade????? Be aware it is not really an upgrade---the apartment has a kitchen so that is how they are getting away with this as an upgrade.

Convenient and beautiful

The Corendon Urban Amesterdam Schiophol Airport Hotel is a whole complex. I thought I booked a hotel but was sent to the apartments, but the apartment was spectacular with a kitchenette, living room area, sleeping area, toilet, shower, and lots of closet space. It's actually not right at the airport, but there is a free shuttle every 30 minutes between the airport and the hotel, and since the airport houses a train station as well, getting to downtown Amsterdam is easy and inexpensive. I was there only for a one-night layover so didn't take advantage of the hotel amenities, like the restaurant, gym, movie theater (I think?), but their convenience store is well stocked. I would definitely stay there again and again!

This was a very reasonably priced hotel for our stay in early September. All the staff were so helpful and considerate. The airport shuttle ran punctually--operating until 23:00. The spa and pool were in excellent condition-- and well maintained. We stayed in the apartments which were very roomy with a large kitchen. 2 issues: 1. We were not told that lights in our apartment do not work without first putting room key card in a receptacle by the door. 2. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were able to open window to clear air (a modern hotel with windows that open. How special!). We think we discovered the source of smoke. Workers in a neighboring apartment smoked while working and it carried to the hallway and other apartments. We might have asked to be moved if we were staying long. As we spend so little time in our rooms when traveling, it wasn't worth the effort.

As a smoker, and I make no apologies, the smoking area behind the apartment section was often used by groups of men (don't know if they worked there), who had drinks and were loud. Also, there was no sitting area except on a packing crate, so I felt like a nonentity. As a senior female, I didn't feel comfortable. Otherwise, all was fine, and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Corendon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and contained everything that we needed.really liked the mint scented bath products. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of selections.

The hotel was hosting a music festival on their exterior grounds on the evening of our stay. The noise associated with the festival was extremely disruptive to our stay, additionally the shuttle from the airport was late due to traffic from the festival heading onto hotel property. This festival should have been disclosed to guests staying at the property this evening. Had we had known about this in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. Instead we were stuck at the hotel because no taxi's could reach the hotel and we were limited to dining options at the hotel. Shame on the hotel for not informing guests in advance of this event.
