The hotel was okay but a little disappointing. This was our last stop of a 17 day trip and we were really looking forward to a hotel stay with the amenities and comforts that come with it. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, we noticed later that the mattress was more of a thin pad and it was two smaller pads that made up the larger bed. The shower didn't drain, which made showering a little gross, and the iron wasn't working. The location is also quite far from the airport, despite how it looks on maps, it was a $25 EUR uber ride from the airport. There is a shuttle from the airport that you can take, however, if you're out later you'll need to find your own way back.

The room was very hot and we were unable to control the air conditioning. The beds had a rubber/waterproof cover on the mattress which seemed a little unrefined for a hotel chain that uses the words “upscale hotel culture” on its website. These slippery mattress covers made worse the sleeping experience in as they caused the bed to be hotter and the sheet to bunch up. It was not a fitted sheet. People checking in at an airport hotel for one night are usually doing so for an overnight sleep before flying out, so the quality of the bed is an important feature. There was no coffee maker in the room just packets of instant decaf coffee. Couldn’t help but notice the condition of the tv stand which was quite scratched up and had definitely seen better days. As for dining the hotel advertised the Trattoria restaurant which turned out to be closed and the only breakfast food available was a buffet costing 29 Euros per person. There was a good restaurant across the street called Wings where we enjoyed a nice dinner. The airport shuttle was reliable on both ends. All in all I would not book again or recommend this hotel.

Overall Great

Had a great stay overall - our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The sauna and wellness area is beautiful, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and there’s a lovely park nearby that's perfect for a walk. A couple of small things to note: there was a pillow menu in the room, but when I called to request one, I never heard back after being told someone would check. Also, there was no staff present in the spa area for the massage services mentioned in the listing, which was a bit disappointing. That said, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is great, but the main purpose of staying here was the airport shuttle. Shuttle was a minivan, while all other hotel shuttles passing by were regular size bus. Morning of flight I was lucky to get in to shuttle but they turned down at least five others behind me saying it was full (which it was, 3 people rode it standing) and wait half an hour for the next one. Beats the purpose of staying here for an early flight.

Never again. Bus service doesnt work on time . Tiny mini bus for coach loads of guests. Spend 2 hours waiting if you want or as many did pay 40e taxi. Its a long distance from anything so you are trapped in the hotel. Enjoy the 10e pints and 15e starters. Staff dont care, dont answer the phones. Rip off.
