It was a little bit hard to find the place, so better directions would be great, maybe some signs if airport allow.

The location of the hotel was convenient but the price-value ratio was not there. Paying almost the same price than a more comfortable/spacious room for just a few hours is not worthy.

Poor Room Climate

The temperature in the room was off. I could not moderate it and when I called ‘Mission Control’ I was told that it was managed from there. The room was 23 degrees and I requested 21 degrees for my Unit 12. It was hot through the night and I could hardly sleep. It was 24 degrees in the morning - I was very relieved to leave the property alive even if unrested. Big mistake to go there.

Although a last minute booking it was possible to get a room in this hotel in the transit area of Schipol Airport, and it provided a great option while waiting to transfer to another flight. The staff were friendly, and the room while basic had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The shops and restaurants in the airport close quite early making access to refreshments challenging overnight.

Overnight Stay — 11PM Landing with 10hr layover

The room is perfect for an overnight stay, equipped with sleeping quarter, bathroom and shower. Nothing more, nothing less. Only wish there were clearer instructions on how to navigate the airport. Arrived at 11PM and it was not clear how to find the right way to get to the hotel. Walked out to the arrivals hall and shortly needed to plead with security to let me through to check-in to YOTELAIR. Ended up being quite a stressful process.

Okay for one night but needs a refurb

Mixed experience. Great location in terminal. Staff fine. Room finishings and carpets worn. Door would not lock from outside and was easy to force open. Water tepid but not hot. Drain problem so shower flooded bathroom floor. Sheet and undersheet not fitted properly so woke up laying on mattress. With more time I would have cleared passport control and gone for a proper hotel outside, but okay for a few hours.

1. It was very difficult to find this hotel at the airport. 2. I had to pass through passport control, who behaved very rude ( they were nice to the other Europeans around me) 3. Once in the hotel, it was loud. Every time someone opened the door of the next room, it woke me up. Overall, a terrible experience.

Ok hotel stay for price

- Room was made and clean - Noted bugs in the shower area - Arrived late so paid for late check out. Was not passed to am staff and was woken up at 7:45am by phone call to inform me that check-out was at 7am. - Late arriving flight, so maintenance crews made finding hotel extremely difficult with areas of airport not being accessible.

Although the room and staff were great finding the Yotel in Schiphol airport was very difficult. Few staff seemed to know where it was, when I did stumble on an absolutely lovely security agent that knew, there were other challenges. I arrived after hours with a luggage that required check in. I had to get the boarding pass and check in tags then store my luggage overnight at the airport. Use the boarding pass and go through security to get to Yotel. In the morning, I had to make sure I had enough time to retrieve my luggage, check it in and go through security again. Great stay but laborious to find it. When I landed in the Paris airport there were very clear signs indicating where the Yotel was located. Perhaps Schiphol needs to rethink having signs placed.

To avoid!!!

Extremely noisy, not feel proper, location should be clarified on booking: need to cross airport and passeport control to reach this hotel. Not easy to find. Worst choise i never did.
