Property was next to airport, but far from anything you want to do. The staff had no idea their hot tub wasn’t working, or that their restaurant was listed as closed online, or the sauna bench was broken. The staff also gaslit me about upgrading my room, with a “superior” room, which Inhad reserved and paid for in the first place. They only had decaf coffee in the room and when I requested regular coffee, they brought two regular tabs and three more decaf, so poor communication.

Hotel is good. Everything you would expect from 3-4 star. Close to airport but there isn't much nearby if you are looking for a good meal. Not a lot of options outside of the hotel.

It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed,😞 dirty and rooms look like motel not hotel, staff were so rude. Please stop this nonsense about excellent reviews this hotel must pay people to do the reviews. Breakfast are always the same no tastes. Stay away from this hotel.

This hotel was located close to the Amsterdam airport which made it convenient. And despite it being close to the airport, it was quiet. We are lunch at the hotel which was probably the worst I've had. Way over priced and low quality. I recommend you skip eating here.
