The staff and room at NH Hotel were awesome, from the Shuttle Driver to the kind bartender everybody was extremely helpful and kind. We were getting off a gnarly nine hour flight and it was nice to lay down in a super clean and quiet room. The bed was pretty stiff but the room itself was comfortable. The bathroom was perfect and soap and shampoo smelled really good. If you’re considering staying here vs in the city I will say that while the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was insanely convenient and easy to use, the location of this hotel was a little disappointing in terms of getting around and finding food and whatnot. We were excited to go to the McDonald’s and Casino right outside, which were close, but the street is horrifying to walk along because of the aggressive traffic. I’m not mad at it because we were in town all day anyway, and the staff was super sweet. I just think next time we might stay closer to the city!

Our room was well used and dirty. Furniture was beaten up and upholstery was sunken/dirty from over use. Windows don’t open so no fresh air. Beds were hard. Restaurant on site overpriced.

Only convenient if you want to be close to the airport. By the way, although the driver of the shuttle doesn't obligated to help with the luggages, they shouldn't be rude. Our driver said to my wife; "aren't you going to load your luggages to the van?"
