With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private downstairs lockout is the perfect private getaway when traveling with multiple families, providing the 4th bedroom/3rd full bath. Lockout suite also has its own kitchenette and laundry. The Main level of the home offers 3 large bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Laundry.
The exterior of this home features a 2nd floor balcony overlooking the backyard, gas and charcoal grill, and patio table, but for those hot summer days the full-size pool is a great place to congregate!
This home also includes 2 complimentary bicycles!
