This place is run down. It’s noisy, sort of smelly, the bathroom was TIRED. You’re just paying for the location.

Front Desk (male dude) needs to be more professional! Making people checking in feel like a big inconvenience is not the way to go! The place is awesome but the turn away from making recommendations to others as well as an awesome review is because of that front desk employee behavior.

We've always loved Drury's breakfasts & Kick Back service. The hotel was very nice and the staff were always helpful. It would've been nice to enjoy the rooftop bar area, but apparently it doesn't open until May (we were there the end of March). The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice with great food options that we would've also liked to have had access to for lunches, but they are closed until 5pm everyday.

Very comfortable, beautiful, felt very high end

Staff was nice but rooms were VERY dark.heater was very loud. There was almost no dog safe space with any Real pooping space. Finally, and worst of all was the absolutely repulsive breakfast. Everything was cold and mostly taste free. Employees were too busy talking or eating with other people. We had to stop and get get breakfast at Starbucks. Can't believe you charged us fir it. Needs many changes.

Undergoing some construction around the shops and parking, otherwise up to usual high standards. Housekeeping at a high performance level. Love this property!
