So convenient to The plaza area, affordable and walkable. The room was immaculate and the bed...was a cloud ❤️ The flowers and landscaping and pool area were so pretty. This was a lovely stay.

Great property. Easily walkable into Santa Fe old town center. Room clean and has fridge. Shower has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap and lotion provided. May have to ask for toiletries to be restocked if necessary. Only minor downside was shower doors leaking water into bathroom but once learned not to close the shower door fully and put down a towel it is manageable. Room has coffee pods for a cup. Lobby has coffee, kettle for tea and microwave. Parking convenient and $10.00/ day. I would stay again and recommend.

The location is close to the plaza. Our suite was only warm in the sitting room. The bathroom and bedroom were cold because they didn’t have heaters. When we arrived we had two bottles of water, two breakfast bars, and 6 kcups for our coffee. After they did room service they only replenished the kcups. We stayed 2 nights and paid the same amount each night so didn’t think it was asking too much for 2 waters and 2 breakfast bars. The towels were small and thin. No complimentary breakfast.

Great location

Great location walking distance to restaurants and museums. Staff friendly, room was clean but outdated..bathroom was updated but small. Very quiet. Nice place for a night or 2 but not a week.

Not a Good Value.

Had not been here in 41 years, traffic much worse. Hotel leaves much to be desired. Room has almost no chairs and is about IBIS sized. Restaurant a JOKE. It is "western themed" inside but a Chinese restaurant. Tried to have breakfast, saw their POOR buffet with no personnel inside, left and drove 15 minutes to Denny's which was a good move. No elevator, stairs are metal and steep. Rained plus hail and dangerouse going up and down those stairs.
