Clean room and polite staff

Hotels is very nice room was relatively small but good location.

Overall, my stay was superb. Room and bed were comfortable and I was pleased with how quiet this room was compared to my last stay. A little bit frustrated because I had missed my first night of my stay due to being hospitalized. Front desk attendant was not exactly friendly when checking in. Also had to go back to the desk 3 times because my keys would not trigger the lock pad. The houseman was very helpful in getting me into the room. Homeless situation outside the property is getting worse but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice hotel staff, clean rooms. Everything was great.

Breakfast was ok not as much as a selection

Nice place, great location and super convenient to get Bart, cable cars, and ferry transportation. Room was nice, quite and well taken care of.
