Staff terrible We arrived at night and I chose location because of parking but not until I had been checked in was I told I could park in the lot terrible then the room we were given had a to not disturb and someone was in it ...they called the room someone answered but they had no idea whom it was then we were given another room but it took a long time to find strret parking this places additude is bad ...never again

Room was clean and manager was nice but a drugged woman came in off the street at breakfast, started to hassle us and the manager simply ignored the situation. I won't stay there again.

Staff were pleasant and generally helpful - but this hotel has seen better days. My sheets etc. were clean but there was a lot of long dark hair in the shower and occasionally on the towels (may have been picked up off the counter but I have very short and light hair). Bathtub mat definitely needed to be replaced and made me worry about nail fungus. Honestly I don’t want this to be a mean review but I was really put off by the superficial fixes and general sense of a lack of cleanliness (to be clear, it’s cleanliness beyond what a staff person can do in a shift. The place needs a full refurbishment if it’s to get business travellers). The staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant, and the bed itself was comfortable and clean. I travel a lot and always do a bedbug check (even high end places) and there was no evidence that it had any issues.

We had a problem with the bathroom door locked and somebody from the hotel came to rescue my sister. Good location to walk to Fisherman wharf and Pier 36. Good dining options. Breakfast was ok
