Friendly staff in this hotel is in a great location. No disappointments here.

Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was it took almost an hour to park the car (30 minutes in nearest NCP before being told it was full and joined massive queue to exit). Obviously not the hotel’s fault but apparently this is typical for Bath, especially at the weekends!

A lovely, clean, modern hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were vast and tasted great. The spa facilities were plentiful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Overall a fabulous hotel that we’d definitely stay in again.

Hotel is lovely with a great setting on the river, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was first class, as was the Evening meal, did feel that the tables in the restaurant were a bit dated so a cloth to cover the table would have made it look so much nicer, I appreciate that the building is very old and had I known how noisy it was going to be I would have asked for an upstairs room, you could hear every step because the floorboards were very creaky and none of room doors had a soft close mechanism so there was constant door banging, it would also have been helpful if all guests could be reminded to be considerate by keeping the noise down when returning to there rooms late at night on the information sheet in the room. Having said all that it is a beautiful place in a great location and I will definitely be returning in a few months. Thank you

Welcoming staff who were helpful and friendly. Of particular note are Bo at reception who quickly helped to resolve an issue upon arrival, and Alex the bar tender who was so friendly and great with his cocktail making skills! Good facilities and an excellent central location. Breakfast very good value. Thank you for a lovely stay.
