The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay.
