Beautiful location. We got supreme sea view - it was gorgeous! The property is spread out along a big hill. They have car pickup service to take you around - walking isn’t really recommended with everything so spread out and hilly. Recommend asking for building 4 which is near breakfast and is near drop off / pick up spot. We stayed 5 nights, which is probably a little long for such an isolated location - 3-4 days is probably fine. Infinity pool and sunsets were phenomenal.

Exceptional and idyllic hotel. Excellent amenities. However, room 3102 is located on the lower level of the building, so the view of the bay is blocked by trees, which was very disappointing as I had dreamed of seeing the entire bay as shown in the room photos at the time of booking. In addition, strong sewage odors were often noticeable outside the door, which was a shame.

We LOVED this place! This was our second visit and still blown away by how beautiful and relaxing the time is! The rooms are clean, spacious, AC is great, hot water is great, staff is great, room service is great, beach and pools are great, the food is amazing! We would go again and again and bring friends any time! Cons: there can be a lot of walking to room depending on where you stay. My wife had a sprained knee and had to ascend and descend 3 stories of stairs to make it to the pickup point to drive us to breakfast. Also the laundry is quite expensive and they don't do by Kilo laundry service so I calculated a week's worth of laundry would have cost $175 USD to be done at the hotel (pay by the piece). We instead walked 30 minutes to a sweet shop and it was $15 USD for 5 kilos.

AMAZING!!!! We loved everything about this hotel. The location, the restaurant, the service, everything! The room was my favorite part, it was super cutely decorated, very comfortable and spacious, and the views from the balcony were truly mesmerizing, especially during sunset time. Would love to be back!!

The facility was phenomenal. The rooms and views were just as presented and absolutely spectacular. The staff were lovely and gracious and the food was also very good. They arranged a special dinner and cake for my wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed the traditional Dance lesson and the cultural and Fire shows at night. This is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle. The only note I would add is that this is a larger resort with 7 different inns so there is a lot going on on property . It’s best to follow up on communication to ensure personalization during your stay.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool was fine and clean. Excellent spa. Its a special place build in wood, but it needs a bit of oil. If you stay in building 5,6 or 7 there is a long way down to lobby and pool, but they offers cars up and down so you shouldn't walk the long way up and down.

Where to begin, this resort positions itself on its website as a luxury private and exclusive eco friendly hotel. The reality is unfortunately entirely the opposite. We were due to stay here for four nights as part of our honeymoon and we ended our trip early so we could leave. Getting to the hotel is a challenge despite the fact you’re already paying extortionate prices for hotel rooms (I’ll come back to this later), you also must pay £30 per person for the luxury of getting to the hotel via speedboat/van transfer. No luxury hotels I have been to charge guests to get there on top of paying for their rooms. There is also only ONE transfer per day, at 11:00 from the pier to the hotel. And guess what - you will wait hours without your luggage or anything for your rooms to be ready. On arrival at the pier at the hotel it was clear this is not an exclusive hotel, rather a busy one. The group checking in were taken to a room where we had to watch a PowerPoint presentation about the resort which honestly felt like begin on a school trip. We thought we’d grab some food, while we waited for our room to be ready, and I wanted something small so got a kids spaghetti which was vile. See the photo. Swimming in water and just flavourless. And very expensive too, this is not five star dining at all. We finally get taken to our room which turns out is 20 mins from the lobby where the main pool is. Beautiful resort however it’s almost too big. The two shuttles to get to your room from the main areas feels a bit much. Everything was beautiful. Food was very mediocre and expensive. Thankful for some cheaper, better restaurants on the beach. Was nice but wouldn’t stay again * IF YOU GET MOTION SICK - the shuttles would not be good for you.

We really enjoyed the property, facilities and meals. We arranged for several off property outings through the front desk , and we were notified that they were cancelled due to weather. The weather was beautiful and many boats were out on excursions. This was very frustrating as we were too late to make outside arrangements the same day. We ended up contacting an independent tour and having a wonderful outing the following day.
