Breakfast was nice! The day we had breakfast, the pancakes were pretty dry/bland. Not much of a variety to choose from. But that’s ok, as there was lots of great food amenities nearby. A lot of walkable stores to go to as well. The room itself was comfy, cozy & quiet. They had a little table furniture for eating on, the one in the living room area was broken/ sitting sideways, so when my daughter went to place her food on top to use, it completely fell over! So that was unfortunate. The beds were super comfy! It felt like being wrappped in a cloud. We had a lot of trash being a big family, so I wish there was extra trash bags in the room to use. Staff was friendly & very helpful! Letting us have a late checkout as my husband was having a work meeting inside the hotel until 4pm. it is very much appreciated! Over all, the hotel is very clean, cozy, & nice! Home away from home. We would very much stay here again in the future when we are in the area.

Overall a great stay. We usually stay there 3-4 times a year. This stay everything was great except for the room service. During our 3-night stay they never serviced our room. They didn’t take out the trash or provide fresh towels. When I asked one of the room attendance, I saw outside if they can clean our room, she rolled her eyes and sighed. That was disappointing, but everything else was great, including the front desk and food staff.

Great hotel.

This hotel was great. Nice big room. Nice touches like filtered water in the room to fill up your water bottle. Great water pressure. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Unauthorized, duplicate charges

We had several issues while checking in. The service person was having difficulty and had me swipe my card several times. This resulted in being charged four times for a room we had prepaid online through Hotels.com. When we went to speak to the service person, they had no way of changing / refunding. We asked for management, and after several back and forth requests, the housekeeping manager came. She was much nicer, but still unable to refund. Very disappointing. We are “pending” refund for the unauthorized charges. We wish the prepaid, insured reservation was more secure to avoid this almost $675 error.

Always enjoy our stay at the Element, comfy beds, yummy fresh breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not open, and the internet went down but only for an hour or so, and our bathroom sink was clogged but other than that we had a nice stay. It is in a good location between downtown and the airport.
