Pool was great, king bed room was spacious, breakfast and dinner were solid at the restaurant, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. A few minor complaints:
1. The water pressure in the shower is a joke, if you turn the shower head facing upwards, the spray is not even strong enough to lift off the shower head, it just kind of falls off the side. Like hamsters spitting water at you. Also, it wasn't just our shower head, others in our group in 3 different rooms had the exact same issue. It's one of those cheap shower heads that ultra-restrict the flow so you have to take an hour shower to get clean. For some reason misguided hotel managers think they're saving water by doing this, in reality people are just taking hour long showers to compensate for the extreme lack of water pressure.
2. Toilet paper is so thin it dissolves in your hands the second moisture is involved. Same issue as the shower head, management thinks they're saving on toilet paper by using this ridiculously thin toilet paper but they're not, people are balling up wads of it to wipe with out of necessity. I'm getting my multi-ply wipe one way or another.
3. Rooms were pretty clean but housekeeping does seem to miss on occasion, found stale doritos between the matress and the headboard when we were checking out...we never ate doritos.
4. No microwaves in the room? C'maaaaaaaan
