The reception I received from welcoming and friendly. Again, I can't over-empahsise the importance of this, particularly after a long drive/ride. Connie was brilliant - helpful, cheerful and funny. The motel was clean and everything worked as it should. A really pleasant stay - close to the city centre.

Quiet, plenty of parking, decent size room. Be aware if you have issues with stairs request a ground floor aa 2 floors and no lifts, not that it bothered us. Only issue we found was the scolding hot water when another room seem to use the taps at the same time. Would stay again for a couple of nights. 5 minute walk to town for food and shops.

Arrived 7.30 pm. An abrupt check-in and had tea and coffee facilities but no milk. Not even long life milk. Went to reception to get some at 8 pm and no one there even though they say they are open until 9 pm. Door locked.
