We arrived the tv in the room didn’t work we were told it was due to a storm but later found out it was the control box. That was it left to our own devices no sorry we were told free drinks were offered but we didn’t receive anything.
At breakfast there wasn’t enough room so again left to our own devices to find seating in the cold bar.
We were asked at breakfast if the room needed service or a drink we said service but got neither.
All in all the staff could do better.
