The hotel was very nice, although tucked away from most shopping or dining places, the restaurants and bars were good. Our only negative was the breakfast was a little expensive and the spa service asked if we wanted firm pressure or light pressure and even though we asked for firm pressure and told the lady we wanted firm pressure it was more of a Rub down than a massage. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our stay.

The resort had a few dining options and semi-private beach. The pool closes early as well as access to the beach. The pool was always cold. There is a lot of shade due to the mountain behind the hotel and makes the resort feel cold.

El hotel está ok pero es algo antiguo (duchas con cortinas de baño de género) y las piezas tienen olor a húmedo. Pese a que pedi directamente al front desk que no prendieran el AC luego de hacerla pieza, lo prendieron. Al otro dia puse un cartel sobre el aire, y lo volvieron a prender. Increíble. Mala señal de internet. La tv se ve intermitentemente; pese a que pedi que lo fueran a solucionar quedo igual. Por ultimo, nos cobraron taxes extras al precio ya pagado.

Beachfront hotel

Very large room with partial ocean view. Free bottled water daily. The hotel is generally well maintained and staff were always helpful. We opted to add in breakfast however there was little variety and one toaster was simply not enough for a hotel of that size. Spa was very nice with extra facilities to use. There is an extra resort fee on top of reservation although this includes a free drink & discounts. The hotel is located a little out the way from the main beaches however only a short taxi ride. There is a beach at the resort. This is public but security overlook it from the hotel. Concierge offer different tours at very reasonable prices. Would recommend!
