The hotel is amazing with beautiful views. Everything is very clean. We have a mountain view that was breathtaking and the beach was litterally right across the street. I wish the pool area played better music as the music they played were from the 1950s-1970s. No pool activities but the heated pool was a nice touch especially when it was cooler outside. Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety along with an omlette bar. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations

This stay was very nice. I would definitely come here again. One thing I wasn’t too fond of was I asked the front desk to clean the floors because something had spilled and they did not mop the floors like I asked, but the beach near the hotel was very nice. The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast was phenomenal. It was a bit out the way from everything in Rio, like Copacabana and the touristy things but very chill if you’re looking for that vibe.

10% of the staff was OK Erica is the one that spoke some English and help me check in, but the rest of the staff was very disrespectful and rude. I don’t think they’re no proper etiquette to assist tourist or clients and guess it was very difficult to talk And there was misunderstandings and some arguing with respect to certain things in Hotel people I’m not trained. that was the biggest issue otherwise Hotel was not bad. It was clean, but they should get there staff together.
