This was our third stay so that says everything. Yes, some things are a little dated but our room was spacious with everything we could possibly need including a really comfortable bed. But the main asset is the view from the balcony which is absolutely magnificent. We also love the walk down to Queenstown Gardens and then into town. Great choice if comfort and scenery are more important than fancy frills.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was in need of a revamp. Lots of dead bugs on the walls and within the bathroom light cover that should really have been cleaned. Location was a rough 10 minute walk to the centre of Queenstown albeit quite hilly!

We booked for 3, but only two towels were provided. Reception was already closed so we couldn’t ask for an additional towel. Would have been great if they are particular with this service. The view was amazing. Location was great.
