Close to areas of interest, clean, spacious and comfortable. The flight of stairs to get into building is not ideal, tough especially after a full day of walking and sightseeing. Lack of AC in bedroom means you have to keep bedroom door open to allow for Living room AC to cool down the bedroom. No curtains in living room means ur up from the sun by 6am daily.

The property was in excellent condition and has so much room for the two of us. It was the perfect location as it was just outside the main district but within walking distance of everything in old Quebec. We would definitely rent from here again.

SP102 - Good need some change.

We rented SP102 and we enjoy our stay except the fact that on the first floor we had to have the bedroom door open to be able to have air conditioning if not to warm. The other thing is 2 big windows with non curtains facing a building with lights all night. So the loft is very bright all night. And the floor were not very clean we had a 11 months baby who likes to crawl.

The Loft was as pictured, well appointed and comfortable We enjoyed the area for tourism. Parking was the only difficulty as the lot where the owner can reserve spaces was closed for the weekend.

Great Spot

These lofts are just outside of the old city walls. There is shopping and many restaurants within a quick walk from the lofts. Great centrally located place to stay . The parking garage is one small block away. There is also easy access to the River and walkway along the river.

Nice stay but some small issues

Very convenient location in the old Quebec area. Close to all the places we planned to go. Nice and clean room, very comfortable beds. Just one little issue that the room has washer and dryer but didn’t provide the laundry detergent. Called the phone number and was told they would check with housekeeping. We didn’t get any laundry detergent even when we checked out. We tried to buy outside by ourselves but couldn’t find any. Not a big deal but found out there were no body wash, conditioner or body lotion provided, either.

The accommodation looked clean and nice, but the hallway to the room was messy and the elevator felt dangerous. I had a slight smell from the pillow, and it was a little uncomfortable with no locks on the front door and only the door lock
