We had an amazing stay here. The food was great at Dreams and we easily made friends with the employees, who were always so kind and helpful. There is always something to do at the resort, whether it’s swimming by the pool, pool volleyball, beach yoga, Spanish lessons, dance lessons, live shows, and even the nightclub at Breathless is a lot of fun. The only thing I’d suggest is to update the music played throughout the resort as it is a little outdated. Most of the music is from about early 2000s-2016. The resort is amazing overall. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be coming back. Some noteworthy friendly employees were: Lohan, Espaghetti, Luis, Alberto, and Kendrick Wow. Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip!!

The Resort needs to clarified with Expedia about their child booking policy. We were booking a family package of 3 adults and 1 child(15yrs old) through Expedia website. As we were checking in with the resort they did not allow us to check in due to the child being over 12 yrs old. The staffs/management at the resort stated that it’s in their policy that we have to paid full adult price for the child. We’ve paid for the full adult price for the 15 yrs old. The resort gave me two options. Either we book another room or pay an extra charge as I was also traveling with two other families. The staff/management at the resort said that Expedia will refund us the child credit but they cannot do anything until Monday as my family and i were checking in on a Saturday. The entire duration of my trip at the resort, we were going back and forth between the Resort and Expedia of the refund but we still don’t know that we will able a refund. Therefore, whoever is booking from the third party, please be careful when booking as expedia and the resort has different age limit when it comes to booking.

This resort was everything the reviews I read before booking said. It was an excellent experience all around and the staff was very helpful and made the experience fun and truly felt like a vacation. We had a billing mishap at one point, and the manager stepped in and fixed it for us in a very fair way. I really appreciated him. And the butler service really was helpful for everything from getting advil when we needed it to setting up appointments.

This was the 4th time we had stayed at this property and it was excellent. The service is consistently above and beyond. Friendliness and attention to detail are common themes here. The preferred club option is certainly worth the additional fee for the preferred club pool and specialty dining alone. Additionally, this option comes with a butler service. Ours, Breilin, was phenomenal and was able to make our trip easy by making accommodations and recommendations throughout our time here. Nelis, Inoel, Carlos, and Alejandro make the preferred club pool experience what it is and was the primary reason we returned.
