Room was very spacious and we never felt cramped.

The staff was outstanding! So kind and helpful.

The room was very comfortable. We checked in late and our toilet was broken. Someone came up immediately and realized it wasn't going to be fixed and quickly got us into a different room. We appreciated the quick response of the staff. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. All staff very helpful and welcoming.

While industrial looking on the outside, the hotel was very nice. Well appointed and updated. I am a fan of The Tapestry Collection of hotels in the Hilton portfolio of this is what is standard for the line. The room was spacious and the digital environmental control panel was a very nice touch. But the best part was the sparkling water dispenser on each floor facing the elevator.

The property is old and run down. For example they had three elevators and two of them didn’t work. The room was pretty clean but the rest of the property was pretty old and not that clean.

Everything went as smooth as possible with my stay. My reservation was ready for me when I walked in the door. Parking was well lit and plenty of it complementary coffee in the morning.
