Book Independent Prospect Hill accommodation from AU$121

Front desk reception team is amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the server remembered my preferences from my last stay.

Expected much more, horribly disappointed, first issue elevator doesn’t have a button for the 3rd floor to which we were assigned because the claimed they didn’t have rooms on any other floor, you had to take the elevator to the 2nd or 4th floor then come down the stairs, imagine someone with disabilities having to deal with this, Arrived at the 3rd floor and entire floor smelt of smoke and weed, this is just unacceptable. Specifically requested house keeping after the first night, never showed up throughout out 3 night stay Requested new towels be delivered to the room, front dest indicated we’d have to come get them ourselves, the lack of customer service is astounding. Do not book this location

It was a good facility

This property was the absolute most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at the room wasn’t ready until 8 pm it smelled like cigarettes the couch in the room had dna stains on it and there was mold on the walls absolutely disgusting

Food at the bar/restaurant was excellent bartenders were excellent amenities in the room one tube of body cream and check-in was delayed But would stay there again

My kids was expecting pool we called and they told us yes but was a lie
