Beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the pools and beach were relaxing and fun and we loved being able to walk around the area near the hotel. We also loved our server, Paola, at the onsite Calypso restaurant!

Do not stay at this hotel. It has a putrid smell throughout all the common areas. My asthma and sinusitis got worse, and management does not care — they only care about collecting money. They do not care about people.

They seem to be understaffed. You have one person managing the front desk and the bar area simultaneously. When you can get anyone to help you the staff is courteous. The front desk closed at night. Be sure to have everything you need before they close for the night!

Nos encantó absolutamente todo. Definitivamente volvemos. Super familiar y acogedor nos encantó. Ya sea para pasarlo en pareja o para quedarte una noche en familia si te encuentras por la isla 20/10 recomendados!
