Book Portland Transportation Center hotels

Breakfast was delicious, staff very helpful. A few few minor things were broken like the ice cubes were one big lump of ice in the drawer in the common snack area. Our worm was attractive, but the lamps were not plugged in correctly or but were easily fixed. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom.

I really appreciated the nice workout room with better than the normal equipment and space. The proximity to the airport allowed us to walk over the next morning to pick up our rental car. Breakfast was included with the room and had good variety.

We have stayed here several times to run in the Portland 10 Miler. The place is always quiet and clean and so convenient to the race start. Staff is friendly. Close driving distance to multiple restaurants and walking distance to the Portland Sea Dogs if you are a baseball fan. Will definitely stay again.

A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the shuttle and did not know where they were. No apology or explanation afterwards. If a service is not available, don't advertise it and don't falsely lead customers to believe it is there. Lastly, a simple apology goes a long way, but no apology goes further. I would never stay here again and recommend all to be wary.
