The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel rooms are great. The hotel offers great amenities such as coffee and snacks on every floor.

From the nice young lady at Valet to Adambat check in to the bartender, the stay was delightful! Loved the outdoor sitting area for drinks by the fire put! Location was A+ for being close to shops, restaurants & live entertainment! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely hotel in the historic port area. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A nice onsite restaurant with excellent food for diner and breakfast....shout our to our lovely server Halle! The area on each floor with refreshments and snacks that guests could help themselves to was a nice idea! The onsite valet parking was $45 per night which was a little steep as they actually parked the car off site....hopefully in a secure carpark?! Apart from that all was good.

The billing system is ridiculous. There is a $35/day activity fee that is added to the bill then it is removed and then you are then charged for everything. Breakfast is called dinner on the hotel bill. The whole meal is on the bill as individual items. It is the stupidest thing I have ever seen.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly! Unfortunately, there was only one elevator working. The shower was very small, probably could do without the tub and make the shower bigger

Way too pricey and didn’t like the resort fee of $35/day at all. My room was with a garden view, and advertised by the staff as "quiet," however, the noise from the restaurant/party outside was significant on one of the nights. My room was very dark and quite small. No need to wash towels every day, would want the property be more environmentally responsible. The location was excellent. Would want more services for the price I paid. I doubt I will stay there again. There are other properties in the area priced more reasonably.

There is a $35.00 service charge per night, on top of the already inflated nightly rate. The restaurant on site is very expensive and the food is probably the worst I ever had in a hotel. The bed was hard and the pillows shrink to 2inches after laying on them at night. The property is clean and the staff were very nice/polite. A few improvements and this hotel could go back up to five stars.
