The room was not clean. There was garbage in our garage cans when we arrived. There was no microwave and no refrigerator. We went and asked about refrigerator because my husband has insulin that has to be refrigerated. They said if we would have told them when we made our reservation they would have had a medical cooler. I said no one told us. The outside was also dirty. Noise all night long. Someone kept knocking on our door and you could here people walking all night. Very unsatisfied. We felt very unsafe. There was also a motor home parked in front of our room with people going in and out. Very sketchy motel.

This hotel room was roach infested. immediately coming through the door there was one crawling on the bed. We were late checking in at 3am with check-out at 11am. We turned off the lights in hopes of a short sleep. Roaches were running all over the headboard. Once we turned on the light they went inside the telephone mount. We couldn't sleep due to being spooked by the bugs and decided to leave early. I would like a full refund for our stay.

The lady working at the desk, wouldn’t let us stay there because everybody that was staying in the hotel didn’t give her an ID. She tried to require that me and both my guest needed to give her an ID even though they were both under 18. I feel like this is illegal as hell.

The room didn’t cost much and it’s a good thing because the facility was pretty downrun. The beds were pretty hard. The room was clean enough. There was no breakfast. No hair dryer in the room. No extras period.

Room was spacious and the bed was pretty good. Fine for an economical stay. Plain room, no extras like shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, ironing board, etc. Bathroom needed better cleaning. But overall the room served its purpose.

I had to request a refrigerator and when it was put into my room the door to the room was left open for hours while I was gone. Each time I would use the shower dirt would come outthgone. My luggage

Staff were all pleasant and efficient. The rooms are older and in need of remodel, but were well cleaned for what they are. Ultimately for the price it is better than expected. I would give them a better rating except for the toilet being shorter than even average. Shower head low with low pressure and unpleasant smell in room. I am 6'4" so much of that may not bother others as much. If i smoked or had pets i may not notice the smell either as it seemed a mix of pet urine and cig smoke. Overall if your looking for a cheap motel, this will meet or beat your expectations and staff is as good or better than you get at $180 options. If your looking to save money, it does that but dont expect it to rival expensive ones.
