Expectional customer service by the new owners. She was very polite,straight forward and very informative on what's going on with the renovations going on in the place with the beautiful rooms and further down the line conference rooms and a restaurant. Highly recommended

Staff were nice to deal with. Rooms are basic but it was what we wanted. Bed was very nice to sleep in and there was no noise from other units. Units are well off the road so no noise there either. Having units so far from the road makes parking so much safer for your car overnight. Would stay here again when in the area.

The room was very dirty, hadn’t even been vaccumed! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, mould in the shower, grime stuck to the skirtings. The wallpaper was ripped in the bathroom, no extractor fan in the bathroom either and no towel rails. The window latches were falling apart and there was no aircon so had to have windows open all night. Our room was right next to the road so very noisy. Beds were rock hard. The kitchen bench had a big brown stain on it and the drawers felt like they were going to collapse. The plugs are in very strange places and even installed upside down. There was also bubble wrap still left on the chairs like they couldn’t even be bothered removing it and my daughter found a loose screw on the floor and almost swallowed it. Can tell it’s very run down and the minor renovations that are underway aren’t done with much care. When we asked for a refund the husband was very understanding and made the process quite easy for us but then the wife rang me the next day and said they would only process the refund if I agreed not to write a review. Which is awful customer service and just made my trip very stressful so would definetly not recommend staying here!!

Very old/outdated and need of some serious repairs and refurbishment. No table or lounge type chairs. Bathroom hand basin was very damaged. Bathroom fan could not be turned off so ran all day/night. Holes in walls and covered with sticky paper. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. I would not ever stay here again. Cost us $180.00 per night for three adults which would have been ok if the unit had been at an acceptable level condition.!!!

Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service. My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding.
