I have stayed here a few times before but this was by far my worst experience. The rooms could use a deep clean & some maintenance & the staff were super friendly but not very helpful. Breakfast options were limited & the food wasn’t very fresh despite the breakfast area being quite busy. The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned & the second room had a broken security lock. Also need to mention that they would not allow me to use my hotel loyalty program because I booked through a booking company - while I understand this is ‘up to the discretion of the property’ - it is also the first time I’ve been told I couldn’t use my loyalty card at any property - and I travel for work at least once a month.

The pool and hot tub was absolutely amazing, the breakfast in the morning was extremely convenient. The fact you can connect your nexflix to the television was unreal. We will definitely come back again.
