The staff on any given day was super helpful, kind and always available! The food was exceptionally delicious and well seasoned! I didn’t except to fall in love with the available daily options, and crave the different flavors while being treated like royalty! With an amazing view from anywhere.

We had a great experience at Santhiya. The facilities were very nice and the staff very friendly. The resort offered many great activities around the island. The island was beautiful to explore on bike as well. We loved the food as well and the many options they had. It was a very scenic island with breathtaking views perfect for relaxation and pictures.

This property is absolutely amazing! The decor transcend you to ancient Thailand. This is really not for people with mobility issues. Getting in and out of the Speedboat was scary. Be careful. this is not an All-inclusive property. Don't plan on excursions if you are staying at this resort. The last boat runs only until 3:00 pm. You will be forced to pay 10,000 Baht one way per person to get back to resort after 3:00 pm. Most excursions are 8-9 hours. This is where they make money off of tourists.

The check-in process is tedious, and all of the frills, papers, coupons, and instructions made my stay more confusing than relaxing. I was repeatedly asked for my room number, which became tiring. As a solo traveller, I was uncomfortable when my suite number was called out loudly in public areas—likely part of their procedure, but not ideal for privacy. You must arrive by speedboat (at an additional cost). The beach is stunning, but it wasn’t always clear which sections were available for guests like me to relax in. While drinks and food were being served around me, one staff member told me a section was closed—possibly a misunderstanding—but with limited seating, the experience felt unnecessarily confusing. The sprawling property, while luxurious at first glance, contributed to my irritation. Important information (where breakfast is served, how to arrange transport from the room to the main hotel) isn’t intuitive for short-term visitors. The rooms themselves are gorgeous, no complaints there. However, if you’re a solo traveller seeking a cultural experience, this may not be the right fit. The resort seems tailored more for couples on romantic getaways. The food is underwhelming, though the cocktails by the pool or beach are a nice touch. Most staff are friendly and hardworking. Transportation is another pain point: speedboat transfers run only at specific times, and you’re asked to be in the lobby two hours in advance. So budget extra time and cost.

This resort isAMAZING and the view from my room was surreal. I regret only staying two nights and I will definitely go back for at least week. This is the place to be when you want a relaxed vacation with some peace and quiet away from all the noise. Going during low season was a good move as it wasn't as crowded as it probably is during peak season but the weather was still wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Always ready to jump in and help however they can. The Coconut rum drink at the "by the sea restaurant" was my addiction!!! Soooo good.

The team at Sathyia is excellent. This property website can be more user friendly. There are only limited thing you can do on this island , I find the advertising for this property needs some editing so the consumer can see what they are getting. Need to update guest bathroom and should have a jacuzzi in every suite.

The staff work incredibly hard and are incredibly kind. It’s a shame that they work with a marina that can’t uphold a good experience and blows whistles in female guests face and disrupts their transportation when they’re trying to make an international flight and then the hotel says nothing. I would avoid the transport services and book with the public ferry for a more dignified experience.
