Staff was excellent- professional and friendly. The breakfast was very decent and again the woman who was watching over breakfast was so sweet! The room was clean and the cleaning ladies made sure we had what we needed (extra towels). The parking was great- right by our door. No complaints!

The facility pictured is grossly misrepresented. The room I booked was advertised as a 2 room king suite. It was not. The room did not appear to be clean and there was a very distinct foul odor. Even the corridor to access tge room was isolated and felt unsafe. We did not stay at this property because it was unacceptable. We checked out immediately after seeing and smelling the condition of the room; a total of approximately 10 minutes. The desk clerk was quite pleasant however, and did what she could to facilitate our refund, but we were charged for a night we did not stay because of the 24 hour cancelation policy. We did not cancel, we showed up, but we were not going to stay in a dirty, smelly, facility, constantly concerned about our safety. We are also dissapointed with Expedia. This facility has apparently not been properly vetted and is misrepresented on the website. We thought we could depend on a familiar brand, which we have stayed with previously. However, we will not ever choose to stay at a Quality Inn going forward.

We asked for a quiet room but was placed in a room with a lot of noise coming in from freeway. Bathtub was not clean. Breakfast is not that great it did not have scramble eggs or potatoes only on Saturday was just sausage. For the fruit there was only apples. Overall, the staff was very friendly.

Our fridge was leaking so we constantly had a puddle on the ground, very dangerous!! Caused lvp to warp so it’s an on going problem. I let the staff know. Sink was broken and the water pressure was horrible
