Terrible Experience

It was terrible because this is the first time a staff at a hotel did not want to help. Both staff before 11pm and after 11pm. I request extra pillows before booking and when I went to the front desk to ask for it, they were rude and told me no as what we have is enough. The same for the 3 towels they gave us when it was for 3 adults and 3 kids. 3 towels for the family to share! They wouldn't give an extra blanket. No toileteries. The bathroom was dirty! There were hairs all over the place and the tub looked brownish. I had to clean a bit for my family to use it. The staff being unhelpful and the cleanliness makes me mark this hotel as "place I never want to return to." No, I am not a picky person. This was just too much.

Buy a new mattress

The mattress in room 205 need to be changed. The bed was hard and you can feel the springs inside. I woke up very achy body because of the mattress. Not pleased.

Not much attention to detail went into cleaning the bathroom. Also the couch in the room had stains on it. It was too late to try to change hotels or rooms so I just showered with my shoes on and told my kids not to touch anything
