The property is situated in the heart of the Golden Triangle between beautiful surf beaches, picturesque swimming beaches, a cafe and within close proximity to a shopping hub.
This house will offer you a peaceful, relaxing and carefree holiday.There is comfortable accommodation with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeping for 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and fan-forced oven. A 50 inch plasma television in the lounge and TV in the loft bedroom, DVD player, CD player, Ipod Dock and pool table allows you to indulge in more relaxing pleasures at the end of a day's play! There is a gas barbecue and an outdoor setting for eight. As the property is a loft style home with a half wall and a staircase, we do not recommend it for families with children under six years of age. 2 Queens, x2 King singles (which can be made into a King bed) and 2 singles, single fold out bed as well.

Just a short 300 metre stroll to the bay will let you enjoy a refreshing swim, cappuccino at the quaint Falcon Bay Cafe whilst you pick up the paper, or both. Around the corner and still within walking distance, is Cozies or Geery's, iconic surf breaks for you to enjoy. A delightful grassed park and playground with barbecue facilities is also available at Falcon Bay. There are swimming activities for everyone just at your doorstep, snorkelling round the reef and beach fishing. Wash yourself off in the outdoor shower and then take a leisurely bike ride on the paths available along the coast line for you to observe the slow-paced lifestyle that Falcon Bay offers. At the other end of the street you will find the Miami Bay Shopping Centre with Woolworths, IGA and great fish and chips. You may also find yourself tempted by a visit to the multi-award winning Miami Bakehouse. A convivial atmoshpere awaits you at The Cobbler's Tavern also located there if you wish to take a leisurely walk for a pub meal in a true country atmosphere. A short car trip will see you at Port Bouvard and the Dawesville Cut where you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, kite surfing or a beautiful walk along the ocean. If you wish to enjoy the other aspects of Mandurah culture, then take a 7 minute drive (or the bus which runs outside the house) into the town centre or foreshore where you can eat, drink, catch a movie or book a boat trip down the canals. The Mandurah Ocean Marina houses magnificent fishing vessels, alfresco dining, shops and markets. There is something for everyone when you stay here and we are sure you will be pleased with your choice.
DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
