I had to be up at 4am for my wedding and there was a whole family next to me with SCREAMING older children. There was running up and down the halls. Slamming doors. Noisy people. I was NOT happy. The front desk was nice though but I will not be returning.

Pensacola convenient and reasonable

Traveling for memorial service coinciding with the end of college spring break. Pleased the the hotel was quiet, interaction with other guests was pleasant. Staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Building is a bit older, but everything functioned. Location was very convenient for getting to most areas of Pensacola, including downtown very easily.

Carpet felt nasty socwore shoes the whole time. Wall was not properly repaired in bathroom. Bobo latch for sliding doors. Shower tub filled with water while showering. Mattress was hard.

The toilet continuously ran making it hard to sleep. There was no phone cord so if I needed anything I could not contact front desk without walking to desk. Also the chair was in poor condition my daughter almost fell out of it when sitting back because there were screws missing in it. Overall not the best place to stay.
